Posted Date: 05/14/2020

We are pushing Technology drop off day back 1 week!

Below is the Middle School’s plan for collecting school issued resources/devices and for distributing some information.

Tuesday, May 26th

Schedule of student drop off of devices and other materials.

Times are broken up alphabetically by student last name:

Collection times for all grades:

(9:00 AM - 11:00 AM) - A-E

(11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) - F-L

(1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) - M-R

(3:00 PM - 5:00 PM) - S-Z

(5:00 PM - 7:00PM) - Anyone

You will drive through the Middle School parking lot, the same as school drop-off and pick-up. There will be 6 stations as you move through the line.  This will be drive through only - no one can get out of the car. We will collect everything in plastic bags or have you drop it in bins as you drive through.

Collections:

Station 1: devices and chargers

Station 2: library books and any instructional materials that need to be returned to school or teachers, including school issued calculators

Station 3: Band instruments

Station 4: Athletics uniforms/workout clothes

Station 5: Shop payment for 2020-2021 8th graders - total is $175, $100 due Tuesday, May 26th

Distribution:

Station 6: Spring Pictures, medication (administered by nurse), items left at school - YOU MUST BRING A PLASTIC BAG (WALMART/UNITED/PAKASAC) OR AN EXTRA LARGE ZIPLOCK THAT WE CAN PUT YOUR PICK UP ITEMS IN. We are advising that you tie the bag or zip it up and wait for two weeks before items are taken out. We will not be able to hand out any items if you do not bring a bag we can put them in. If your student left any items at school, please bring a large enough bag (trash bag) that we can place items in.

*For accounting purposes, devices must be dropped off at the campus the student attends. All campuses    will be on the same schedule.

Please do not attend the device drop off if you have been diagnosed with COVID or have come in direct contact with someone who has COVID. If this is the case please call your campus principal and alternate arrangements will be made.

Thank you for your willingness to follow these procedures that will keep your family and our staff safe.
